Our staff includes five office employees, one whom works part time, and seven field representatives.
Ninety-Five taps were added to our system this past year,and our active meter count at the end of our fiscal was 4940. Our fiscal year began on December 1, 2017, and ends on November 30, 2018.
There are currently eight different new developments of various sizes throughout the system that have either been proposed or are already being developed .
Our web address is www.ccrwd2.com; please sign-up for alerts, and you will receive notice when the water goes off. Water payments may be made on that website,but there is a small fee charged. You may use the website directly, or call the office for a staff member to assit you; there is also a fee for this service. Automatic bank drafts are available as well; there is no charge for this service.
Please call the office any time that you see a possible water leak. We will always have someone on call to check out potential problem.
If you have a leak at your property, please call the office after it is fixed; you may be eligible for a leak adjustment.
Occasionally, a customer may need to make a payment arrangement. Please contact a member of the office staff, so that we may work with you on this situation. Do not wait until your service has been turned off to call.
Board meetings are the second Tuesday of every month; they begin at 5:30 pm.
Finally, Thank you, for your patience during the construction phase of our improvements. We know that some of our customers have lost their water service more than once, and with no warning. Your courtesy and understanding are very much appreciated by the staff.
